After our electrical engineering technicians complete the site inspection, they will prepare a quotation according to the installation requirements and give it to the customer for confirmation, and a deposit is required.

After we receive the deposit from the customer, our electrical engineering technicians will tailor-make the relevant installation project plan and charger installation drawings according to the (site inspection) situation. The relevant application documents require the customer to authorize the electrical engineering technicians to apply on their behalf.

Power engineering technicians assist customers in applying for electricity meters

We assist applicants to submit the electrical installation project plan and charger installation drawings to the housing estates to which they belong.

After we receive the client's documents, we submit them to the housing estate to which they belong. It takes about 3-5 working days to get the result.

In response to the situation of individual housing estates, it is necessary to apply for independent electricity meters from China Light and Power Company or Hong Kong Electric Company for new energy equipment. We assist customers in applying for electricity meters. Generally, we notify customers through the email address provided by the customer and receive a notice from the power company to pay the deposit.

We will install power lines, switches and chargers according to the plans and drawings within the scheduled installation date arranged by the customer or the building management office.

Our power engineering technicians make an appointment with the power company to turn on the power (hang the meter)

The new energy electric vehicle charger device can only be used after the electricity meter is installed by CLP or HK Electric.

The power company dispatches engineers to inspect and test the charging device to ensure it meets safety standards, and issues a certificate of installation completion letter WR1, indicating that the project has been completed.

After the watch is installed, the customer needs to arrange to pay the remaining balance to the company.
