Product Warranty Terms
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Customers must complete product warranty registration within 14 days of purchase to enjoy warranty service
- If there is any discrepancy between the online terms and conditions and the printed version of the product warranty certificate/warranty certificate/warranty card/warranty registration card/warranty registration card/guaranty letter (if any), the online version shall prevail.
- Customers must retain the original purchase receipt as confirmation of the effective date of the product warranty.
- The warranty period does not include reinstallation, relocation and repositioning services, if reinstallation, relocation and repositioning are necessary.
- If the location or surrounding environment of the product prevents the Company from conducting inspection or repair services in a safe manner, the customer must provide safe and suitable equipment, such as a ladder, work platform or scaffolding; or move the product to and reinstall it to the relevant location, and all related costs and procedures shall be borne by the customer. Not our product. *This is due to human negligence and the customer concerned must pay the door-to-door service fee. During the effective warranty period, if the product is verified to be ours and confirmed to be purchased through our company or designated authorized dealers, our company will be responsible for repairing any failure caused by the product's own quality problems under normal use during the warranty period without disassembly; our company will not make repairs due to appearance wear and tear. If the customer wants to repair the appearance, it depends on the situation. Customers also need to pay for parts and repairs. The fees are subject to the quotation at that time.
- All repair charges are calculated on a per-product basis. In addition to general charges, other charges will be quoted individually based on individual circumstances, including replacement parts and labor costs. The details of each charge shall be subject to the charges listed in the engineering service quotation.
- If the product is not within the warranty period, the company will charge an inspection fee. The service fee for products with a recommended retail price below HKD5,000 is HKD500, and the inspection fee for products with a recommended retail price of HKD5,000 or above is HKD1000; the parts cost will be quoted after the inspection, and the inspection fee will not be deducted from the parts cost.
- Such problems or damages are caused by natural disasters, human errors and negligence, improper use, inappropriate power supply or water pressure.
- Robo Monkey will not be responsible for any damage during transportation.
Not included in the warranty (customer must pay additional service fee if required):
- Repair or replace product accessories, external cables, housings, consumables and product materials.
- Products that have been damaged by improper or negligent use, lack of maintenance after use, abnormal power supply or voltage, accidents, natural disasters, or due to insects, foreign objects, liquid intrusion, corrosion, normal wear and tear, or external factors.
- Failure to follow the instructions in the instruction manual may result in product damage.
- Use for non-general household purposes (such as commercial use, etc.) may cause product failure or damage.
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired, either obviously or not, by a technician other than a service center.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
