Delivery Method


Our company uses the local SF Express express service


Customers can choose:

  • Delivery to residential/commercial addresses in Hong Kong
  • Pick up at SF Express Station/SF Express Service Center
  • SF Express Smart Locker Self-Pickup (Hong Kong only)

Free shipping at pick-up point
Our company's self-pickup point is free of charge. Self-pickup address: 3rd Floor, North Point Industrial Building, 499 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong Monday to Friday 10:00 - 17:00 (13:00 - 14:00) Closed during lunch time

Delivery areas** Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Lantau Island and outlying islands (including Cheung Chau/Ping Chau/Tung Chung/Discovery Bay/Chek Lap Kok/Hong Kong Disneyland/Mui Wo/Pu O/Cheung Sha/Tong Fuk/Shibik/Ngong Ping/Tai O, etc.).

We do not deliver to areas that require a permit (such as Hei Ling Chau, Sha Tau Kok), hotels, hostels or PO boxes.


Delivery time: Monday to Friday (except holidays) 10:00 - 17:00.

The purchaser must provide personal information (including name and phone number) to the courier company staff for verification when receiving the goods.

**Excludes pre-sale and car charging products. The purchaser must pick up the goods in person; no proxy pick-up will be accepted. To protect the rights of customers, when customers go to pick up the goods, they are required to present their Hong Kong identity card or valid passport, as well as the credit card used for online shopping for verification of information.

  • Robo Monkey offers free delivery service for purchases over HK$500.
  • If the single purchase amount is less than HK$500, the delivery fee will be charged according to the following delivery methods: ‧ Pick up at SF Express Station/SF Express Center, a flat delivery fee of HK$50, or;
  • A flat rate of HK$50 will be charged for delivery to residential/commercial addresses in Hong Kong* Delivery service is only applicable to a single delivery location. *Remote areas and outlying islands of Hong Kong,
  • An additional surcharge of HK$100-$250 will be charged to the shipping company. The additional surcharge will be collected directly from the customer by the shipping company on a "Freight to be collected" basis. (The surcharge price is for reference only, the actual price depends on the size of the product and the region.)
  • *Except China, Macau, Taiwan and other overseas regions.

Arrival time

  • Once the order is confirmed and the payment is successful, the goods will be shipped within 3 - 8 working days after the payment is successful (except pre-sale goods)
  • Delivery time usually takes 1 - 2 working days, excluding public holidays.
  • If the following conditions are encountered, the delivery time will be postponed: The recipient's information is incomplete, the delivery address is changed, or the recipient is unable to receive the goods. In case of bad weather, the delivery service time will be delayed or alternative arrangements will be made.

Remark

  • When the goods arrive, please make sure that the packaging or outer box of the goods is intact and check whether the ordered quantity is consistent. If you have any questions about delivery service, please contact customer service.

Check delivery status

  • After the order is shipped, the system will send an email notification that the product has been shipped and the waybill number, allowing you to link to the courier company's official website to check the delivery status.
  • If you find that the delivery time of the product is too long, please contact the courier company's customer service with the product waybill number in the email to inquire about the delivery progress. SF Express Customer Service Hotline: +852 2730 0273

Shipping Prices, Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • ROBO MONKEY will arrange delivery only after confirming your order payment.
  • Once the order is confirmed, no information including the delivery address can be changed. If you need assistance, please contact us. All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on product availability.
  • If ROBO MONKEY fails to provide any ordered goods or services, it has the right to cancel the order and notify the customer by phone or email and then make refund arrangements.
  • ROBO MONKEY will not call the recipient in advance to confirm the delivery time. Please pay attention to the transportation company's telephone notification.
  • If the delivery location is not accessible by lift, customers may be required to pay additional handling surcharges to the transport company, which will be collected from customers on a "freight to be collected" basis.
  • In remote areas, the delivery time of third-party logistics may be delayed.
  • If the recipient entrusts someone else to collect the goods, ROBO MONKEY and the third-party logistics will not be responsible for the risks or losses involved.
  • When the goods are delivered to the delivery address listed in the order, they will be deemed to have been received regardless of whether they are signed for by the designated recipient.
  • The third-party logistics company will make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods before the promised delivery date. You agree and acknowledge that all shipments may be delayed.
  • ROBO MONKEY is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Products that cannot be successfully delivered will be returned to ROBO MONKEY, and the shipping fee paid will not be refunded. The relevant delivery fee will also be charged for the second delivery.
  • In case of bad weather, delivery service time will be delayed or alternative arrangements will be made. Delivery is subject to delay, suspension, rescheduling, loss or damage due to actual circumstances such as traffic, region, weather and other force majeure factors.
  • Regardless of whether the causes of such factors are within ROBO MONKEY's control, ROBO MONKEY shall not bear any responsibility.


In case of any disputes, ROBO MONKEY reserves the right of final decision.
