Return and Exchange Method

1. Upon receipt of the product, please open the package and check it as soon as possible. If you find that the purchased product is damaged, please notify us immediately. You can contact our customer service to request an exchange within 7 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receiving the product. Once we verify that your application meets the return and exchange conditions, we will assist in arranging the return and exchange of the relevant products. Late applications will not be accepted.

1.1 The product must be packaged intact without any damage or scratches.

1.2 Our customer service may ask you to provide relevant product photos and/or videos to verify that you meet the return and exchange conditions.

2 We can only accept return conditions:

2.1 The product is damaged/defective

2.2 Product replacement is limited to the same model, color and size.

2.3 If the product to be replaced is out of stock, the customer may exchange it for another product of equal value.

2.4 Please keep the original packaging intact (including the outer packaging carton). Customers must present a valid invoice, receipt, and unfilled warranty certificate. If it is confirmed to have factory defects after testing (and must meet the following conditions), it can be replaced with a product of the same model (this clause is not applicable to some car charging products).

2.5 Each purchase can only be exchanged once. Customers must bring the product to the store to arrange for inspection and replacement.

2.6 Our company is a retailer. The guarantee content and process are entirely up to the brand or agent. Please understand. Otherwise, we will not accept exchanges.

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

a) The product has been unpacked and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as: soiled, faulty, damaged, worn, abraded, scratched, or dirty.

b) The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing

c) Malicious or large-volume returns.

d) Products that have been returned or exchanged once

e) Change of mind and return of goods

f) Shipping costs are not refundable

g) All consumables (such as mobile phone charging cables, car charging cables or installed products) are not returnable or exchangeable.

h) If the same product is sold out, you can exchange it for a product of equal or lower value than the original purchase, or pay the difference for a product of higher value. If you exchange a product for one of lower value, no refund will be given for the remaining balance. (The product value is based on the single item price on the day of application for return or exchange).

Return Process

1. Within 7 days after receiving the product (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), please contact our customer service during our office hours to request a replacement and present the order or receipt as proof. After confirmation, we will send it back to our office for replacement.

2. After we receive your return, we will arrange the return or exchange process for you within five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Refund Instructions

Customers must clearly understand the terms and conditions before placing an order. After the order is issued, no cancellation or refund for any personal reasons will be accepted. If you order products/services through our store, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of purchase. The store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

In case of any differences or inconsistencies between the Traditional Chinese version and the English version, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

Our company "Robo Monkey" may amend the above terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision.
