Terms and Conditions

Welcome to robo-monkey.com (the "Site"). Collectively, the "Terms and Conditions" and "Customer" or "You" refers to any person, organisation or company that orders products or services from us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or our applications (collectively, the "Store"). By using the Website or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. We make every effort to ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of the products listed on the Website are up to date. We reserve the right to change the price of an item without notice. All orders are accepted at our sole discretion subject to stock availability. All orders are subject to final confirmation of availability of the relevant goods. If we are unable to supply any of the products or services ordered, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order. By placing an order, you agree that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Personal Information Collection Statement and Disclaimer of this website.


User Registration
You are required to register with us (either on the Website or through a third-party platform) to order products or services. By registering, you undertake to
Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested;
You shall ensure that your username and password are kept securely;
only you or someone authorised by you will use your username and password to access the Online Shop;
We have the absolute discretion to reject any new user application and terminate any registered user without giving any reason.
If there are any changes to your registered information, you may update your account by logging into your account or notify our customer service department immediately by phone or email to ensure that we are able to provide you with the most up-to-date information.

Order Acceptance
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product at the price specified for that product. Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled, even if we have not accepted or rejected your order.
When we receive your order, we will confirm receipt of your order by email, which will provide the following information:
details of the products you have ordered
details of the price of the product(s) displayed
Follow up details on your order
Estimated dispatch and delivery of the contents
This email confirms that we have accepted your order and are tracking the status of your order online. (Except for products that require additional installation work)

Not accepting or cancelling an order
Insufficient stock of the ordered item(s).
Delivery to remote areas cannot be arranged; or other factors.
If your order is cancelled, we will notify you by email and will credit your account as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days from the date of your order, for any amount charged to your credit card. You accept that we are not liable to pay any compensation for your dissatisfaction.

Prices and Payment
We accept payment by Bank Transfer / FPS / Visa, MasterCard, American Express Credit Card, Octopus, UnionPay Card, Alipay, Pay Me or WeChat Pay HK.
Customers are required to input valid credit card information when making payment with credit card at the online shop. We will verify the validity of the credit card with the card issuer and issue an order confirmation and charge the amount to the credit card upon successful acceptance of the credit card transaction for payment.
All prices of products are in Hong Kong Dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice to customers.

Booking, Delivery and Collection Services
Our company can provide different services for customers to choose:
Delivery to residential/commercial address in Hong Kong
Pick up at S.F. Station / S.F. Service Centre
Pick-up at S.F. Smart Cabinet (Hong Kong only)

No responsibility for unsuccessful delivery or collection:
Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong delivery address or contact information);
No one is available to collect the product when it is delivered to the customer's designated address;
errors made by third party delivery personnel; or
other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
if the designated delivery address provided by the Customer is incorrect or if additional delivery charges are payable in respect thereof.

Change of Order and Replacement of Goods or Services
Requests for replacement of goods or services and their quantity will not be entertained once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully made.

Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Each part of these Terms and Conditions shall apply only to the extent permitted by such law. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid in any jurisdiction, you agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall not have exclusive jurisdiction over it.
